If a verified partner cancels a booking:
If a customer does not arrive at the scheduled pickup point within 30 minutes of the trip start, the booking may be treated as a No-Show, and the advance fee will not be refunded.
Refunds (where applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 24 - 72 hours of cancellation confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
